HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. 

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days. Below are exprected delivery times based on your location.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

Fulfillment: It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

Shipping: Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination.

Estimated delivery: Your customer gets their order after we fulfill and ship it

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

Dapper Design successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply choose your style from our shop page then choose your desired color and size the press add to cart button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number once it's done.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Since we are in a corporation with Printful, We have no responsibility for product quality, print quality, or any other items that may cause you dissatisfaction with the product quality. We are just responsible for designing these products. Therefore, we suggest that you read the return policy directly from Printful Return Policy.

MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER, WHAT DO I DO?

DapperDesign will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect Shipping Address provided, Orders Refused, Unclaimed, Undeliverable due insufficient address provided.

HOW DOES DAPPER DESIGN OPERATE?

DapperDesign is an online retailer of custom designed crowd-sourced apparel. All merchandise is custom printed and shipped directly to you once the campaign has ended.

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

DapperDesign adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

DOES DAPPER DESIGN OFFER A QUALITY GUARANTEE ON THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS?

All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will replace any flawed/damaged apparels, free of charge. However, since most of our products are "print on demand" for each orders we cannot take them back after they have been printed. For this reason, all sales are final.

WHICH CLOTHING BRANDS DOES DAPPER DESIGN USE?

We use trusted brands in the marketplace that are known for their quality, durability and great fit. Our preferred garment suppliers include Gildan, Flexfit, Bella+Canvas, Bayside, Alternative, Hanes, Next Level Apparel and Augusta Sportswear Brands
